This is where everything comes together. You'll revise your identity statement, make five commitments to yourself, and build a playbook you can show your coaches and parents — proof of the work you've done and the athlete you're becoming.
In Module 1, you wrote your first identity statement. You've done a lot since then — explored your motivation, trained your focus, built your self-talk tools, and created your daily system. Read your original statement and write a new version that reflects who you are now.
From Module 1
Who are you now — after the work you've done?
Present tense. Grounded in your values. Read it out loud.
Before you make your commitments, take a minute to see how far you've come. Each module gave you something specific.
What surprised you most about what you learned?
These aren't goals. Goals are about outcomes — winning, stats, results. Commitments are about who you choose to be. Read each one out loud after you write it.
This is a one-page document you can print, show your coaches, share with your parents. It pulls everything you've written across all five modules into one place.
Take time to think about what's changed and what you want to carry forward.
What's different about how you see yourself as an athlete now vs. when you started?
What's the one thing you want your coaches or parents to know about the work you've done here?
One year from now, what do you want to look back and say about this season?
Keep your reflections. Print your playbook. You did good work here.
Five modules. Four weeks of focus training. Your values, your motivation, your mental game, your system, your commitments. You have the tools. Now use them.
The best athletes don't just play the game. They know who they are while they're playing it.
